IBM CommonStore

IBM CommonStore provides secure and long–term archive management of critical email, documents and key data. Helping to reduce operational issues resulting from the growing size of email systems, CommonStore automatically manages mailbox size, reduces storage costs and improves email server performance. Users have direct access to archives for fast and automatic retrieval of archived content.

Importantly, it solves a growing issue for any organisation currently or potentially facing litigation by providing the capability to perform legal discovery on a particular topic by searching across archived emails.

CommonStore is available in versions for Lotus Notes Domino and Microsoft Exchange, and also integrates with SAP.

NetBox Blue

The proliferation of email communications has created several minefields, putting your organisation at risk of contractual breaches and litigation. There is the danger that employees will inappropriately transmit sensitive data via email.
